How It Works
The process is not complicated but does require some initial involvement from the Client on the front end to inform and finalize the Strategy and then to ensure alignment via feedback. As we move further into execution, our Clients often see this become a hands-off "Done For You" service.
Develop Strategy & Content Plan
We begin with development of a Strategy and a Content Plan tailored to your business’ key products or services and each targeted location.
Create Content & Secure Client Approval
We create the initial News Article, and secure Client approval, if desired. Then we create the other five forms of content for that Distribution.
Publish & Provide Placement Results
The Distribution is then submitted to our syndication networks for placement. Once published, a summary report of Placements achieved is shared.
Repeat per Strategy & Content Plan
For each successive Distribution, a similar process is followed as outlined in the initial Strategy and Plan.
We start with the development of the Strategy, where we work with the Client to become clear on the Key Products or Services to be highlighted, the Main Features and Benefits of the Products / Services, Key Problems Solved for the Customer, and typical keyword phrases often used by “high buyer intent” searchers. We also identify the initial group of Locations (cities, neighborhoods, or areas) to be targeted.
A Client’s Content Plan would then consist of a planned series of Distributions over time. Each Distribution is focused on a combination of one product / service plus one location and would contain each of the six (6) forms of content we create and publish for our Client. Over time we would plan to cover every targeted location and each targeted product / service combination ... at least once. We strongly encourage publishing at least one Distribution per month, except in cases where the initial Online Visibility Analysis indicates a high existence of very competitive nodes (4* or 5*). In this situation we have found that 2+ Distributions per month is definitely better, to achieve the desired impact.
